Sesame Beef

Select the lean part of the beef and remove the fascia

Wash, according to the beef texture, cut into 1 cm thick slices on the left, and then cut the slices into 1*1 cm beef cubes

Add light soy sauce, rice wine, salt, sugar and black pepper to the beef cubes in turn

Put on disposable gloves and rub it with your hands to allow the beef cubes to fully absorb the sauce and seasoning

Grab the beef cubes again and put them in the refrigerator for more than 8 hours

Take out the marinated beef cubes and spread them on a baking tray that has been spread with tin foil

Preheat the oven at 150°, put it in the middle of the oven, and roast for 40 minutes; take it out in the middle and turn it over. If the beef is too watery, pour out the soup, change the tin foil, and continue roasting

The roasted beef cubes are sufficiently cool

Put it in a sealed jar and keep it tightly.
Tips:
Two catties of beef, roasted twice in the roasting pan that comes with the 40-liter oven, I like to eat a little bit of beef, and the roasting time can be prolonged. The drier the roasted beef, the longer the storage time.
