Sesame Cake

Knead the dough with flour and appropriate amount of water, then cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into small portions, spread thinly and wrap in sesame filling.

Squeeze gently.

Fry a little in a pan until it is slightly yellowish on both sides.
5.
Add some water, cover the pot and let the heat stay low until the water is completely dry.

Open the lid and fry until golden on both sides.

Tips:
Yeast powder can be added to make dough stuffing.
This one tastes chewy and we all like it.
