Sesame Cake

Main ingredients: cooked black sesame seeds, cooked white sesame seeds, fried noodles, white sugar. Seasoning: lard, purified water.

Put the sesame seeds and white sugar into the grinding jar of the food processor. Grate it with a food processor.

Mix the ground sesame powder and fried noodles. Then sieved 3 times.

Put the evenly sieved sesame flour into the container.

Add lard. Add purified water. Stir it well. It’s fine if you can make a group.

Divide into dough balls of about 35g.

Put the dough into the moon cake mold. Serve after pressing.

It's ready to be served.
Tips:
1. Add a small amount of lard to facilitate molding, you can skip it if you don't like it.
2. It can be squeezed into a ball, not too soft.
