Sesame Candies
1.
Saute the sesame seeds until fragrant, crush them into powder, add syrup and oil and mix well.
2.
Knead the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and make it double the size.
3.
Stuffing
1. Knead the made dough into a long strip, and pull it into a small dose, about 40 grams each.
2. Take a small agent and roll it into a round piece with a thick middle and a thin edge. Spoon a spoonful of sesame filling and place it in the middle, about 20 grams; wrap it up like a bun; close it down and press gently to flatten it.
3. Do everything one by one. If you want to make it thinner, roll it out a little bit.
4.
Boiled buns do not need oil. If it is not a non-stick pan, apply a little oil to the pan, cover the pan with the pan, and bake it over medium heat until both sides are yellow. If you make it thick, you can pour less water, and you can burn a pot in a few minutes.
