Sesame Candy

Wash the peeled white sesame seeds and drain the water

Put the washed sesame seeds in a baking tray and roast at 100 degrees for ten minutes

Roast the water on the surface of the sesame seeds, turn them slightly yellow and disperse them into individual pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, pour sesame seeds on low heat and stir fry slowly

Stir-fry until the color turns yellow, raise a pan, add white sugar and water

Stir-fry the syrup at low heat, it will slowly bubble up at first, then it will become small bubble, then add maltose and continue to stir-fry

Probably it will be done when the third small picture looks like the picture below.

Pour in the fried sesame seeds, stir fry together, and fry them until they can be shredded.

Quickly pour it into a non-stick bakeware, roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin, the thickness can be any size
10.
Roll it out and cut it into slices while hot
