Sesame Layer Cake

1. Half a small bowl of flour.

2. The oil pan is heated.

3. Pour it into a small bowl and stir quickly to fully blend the oil and flour.

4. The flour, water and yeast are fused, at a room temperature of 23°C, for half an hour.

5. Roll the dough into slices.

6. Sprinkle pastry on top and spread evenly.

7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

8. Roll up from one time.

9. Roll into a roll.

10. Use a knife to cut section by section.

11. Press flat.

12. Add oil to the pot and fry on low heat.

13. Golden on both sides is fine.

14. Take out the pan and serve.
