Sesame Oil Pork Blood Soup

Mince ginger, mince shallot, mince potherb mustard, mince millet pepper

After the pig blood is bought, superheat the water to remove the excess blood and cut into pieces for later use

Put oil in the pot, add the minced ginger, chili, and potherb mustard to fry until fragrant

Tips:
1. Put ginger and pepper to remove fishy;
2. After buying pig blood, blanch it first.
