Sesame Pancake

Use boiling water to mix the flour into hot noodles.

Knead it into a smooth dough, top it.

The dough kneaded smoothly.

Roll into large pieces and drizzle with sesame oil.

Fold in half to spread the oil evenly.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds evenly on the top of the pancake, cut two openings up and down, and fold the pancake as shown in the figure. Start from the right hand direction, first go up, then go down, and finally to the left.

Repeat up, down and left.

Repeat again, all the pancakes are wrapped.

After shaping, roll it out with a dough stick while pressing, and make a cake again.

Heat the pan with oil, add the pancakes, and fry on low heat until both sides are browned and cooked out of the pan.
Tips:
I used the hot noodles, the pancakes are very soft and taste good.
You can make crushed sesame seeds at home. Wash and dry the sesame seeds. You can roll or grind them after sautéing.
It is also possible to switch to sesame paste.
