Sesame Pancakes
1.
Put the liquid and eggs in the basin, beat them up, and stir well.
2.
Then add the powder and stir to form a paste. Seal and let stand for 20 minutes.
3.
At this point, the filling can be made. Put the black sesame and white sugar 1:1 into a food processor and beat them into powder.
4.
Plug in the pancake maker, turn on a low heat, drip a drop of oil, use a brush to open it, and scoop the batter with a spoon, depending on the size of the pan. If it is a frying pan on a gas stove, use a low heat. If the temperature is still too high, move the pan away from the flame.
5.
When the batter bubbles slightly, sprinkle with sesame filling.
6.
Then fold one side over and press the edge slightly. Fry it a little bit and make it slightly yellow. Cut it in half as shown in the picture.
Tips:
Fry slowly throughout the whole process, preferably using a non-stick pan.
