Sesame Pancakes

Prepare the ingredients (Tongtong likes to eat sesame seeds, I only used sesame seeds for this cake today)

Beat an egg into the flour

Knead the flour into a ball with egg liquid, cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes

Divide the dough into four parts

Roll into thin slices and sprinkle with sesame seeds, not too much on the side

Cut a knife on the radius of the circle, roll it up as shown in the picture, into a triangle, and then roll it into a thin slice

Use a little oil in the pan to fry the pie with a small fire until both sides are slightly yellow.

Cut into small pieces and eat
Tips:
An egg with 150g of flour is just right, 200g of flour is too hard, I also added some water in the middle
