I personally make sesame peanut candy, which is nutritious, healthy and full of love. It tastes different when you make it yourself.

Sesame Peanut Candy

1. Put the walnuts in the microwave on high heat for two or three minutes until they are crispy and chopped

2. Put the peanuts in a non-stick pan and fry until cooked

3. Stir-fried Sesame

4. Peel the peanuts and break each peanut into two pieces

5. Put a little water in the pot and add rock sugar

6. Add maltose and simmer slowly until the color becomes darker

7. Add walnuts, sesame seeds, peanuts, and mix well

8. Spread a little olive oil on the baking pan, pour the mixed walnuts, sesame and peanuts into the baking pan and press tightly

9. Use a heart-shaped mold to make a few pieces

10. When it is fully formed and still hot, turn it over and buckle it on the chopping board, and cut it into small pieces after it is completely solidified, and you can eat

11. Sesame peanut candy is ready

Tips:

1. When boiling the sugar, be sure to boil the water dry, leaving only the sugar, otherwise it will not be easy to dry;
2. Reverse when it is not completely cold, otherwise it will be difficult to demould;
3. Don't use olive oil if you are not used to the smell of olive oil. Replace it with cooked oil with an acceptable taste. Just apply a little bit to help mold release.
