Sesame Pretzels

Fry 50 grams of flour in a pan first, and fry until slightly yellow, with the fragrance of flour. Then, fry 30 grams of black sesame seeds in a pan, then put the black sesame seeds into a cooking machine to break them, and mix the flour and black sesame seeds. Crushed, 50 grams of sugar, 1 egg white, 4 grams of salt and pepper into the basin

Stir evenly with chopsticks, then knead it into a ball with your hands, be careful that your hands are a little sticky (it is best to put some oil on your hands, or wear disposable gloves)

The filling weight is about 160 grams, divided into 10 grams each, divided into 16 equal parts for later use

Pour 100 grams of flour, 10 grams of sugar, 45 grams of water, and 35 grams of sunflower oil into a basin, and knead the dough until the surface is smooth

Add 90 grams of flour and 45 grams of vegetable oil to the pot, knead it evenly with your hands, and knead it into a ball

Tips:
1. My puff pastry and filling do not contain lard. Those who don't like lard can try it.
2. I put less salt and pepper. If you like to eat more flavors, you can add a little bit. Everyone has different tastes.
3. The sesame seeds of the sesame filling must be black sesame, black sesame is fragrant and beautiful, and the surface decoration is white sesame.
4. The bad thing about eating this pretzel sesame shortbread is that it will drop slag everywhere, it is best to continue eating with your hands.
