Sesame Salad Mashed Potatoes
1.
Ingredients: 1 potato, 1 coriander, Kewpie roasted sesame-flavored salad dressing, salt, pepper, white sesame
2.
Wash the coriander, chop finely, and set aside. Wash potatoes, cut into large slices and steam. Cool slightly, peel off the skin, and use a rolling pin to crush it into a granulated mud. Put it in the pot, add a proper amount of water, heat and stir until thick. Add salt, stir well and remove from heat.
3.
Separately add pepper and ground coriander, and stir well. Pour into a bowl, flatten the surface, squeeze out a spiral shape on the surface with salad juice, sprinkle a little sesame on it, and finally insert a leaf of coriander in the middle and sprinkle a little coriander on the side
Tips:
The amount of coriander depends on your preference, but it should not be too much to avoid overwhelming guests. Don’t use it if you don’t like it.
The mashed potatoes have a slightly more granular texture.
