Sesame Sauce Noodles

Prepare the noodles, boil water in a pot, add 1 tablespoon of salt, add the noodles and cook

Prepare a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of sesame paste, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, a little cold boiled and mix well.

Tips:
Cold noodles actually have such a risk. So many people, especially those with weak spleen and stomach, like it but don’t dare to eat cold noodles boldly.
Some people are always afraid that eating too cold will make their stomachs upset, so they irritate the noodles to a half-warm temperature, which is really wrong! You have two choices: either eat it hot or eat it completely cold. Half-temperature is not cold is the most likely to cause gastrointestinal discomfort.
Our tap water is not up to the standard for direct drinking, and it cannot be directly imported in summer. Therefore, tap water can be used for cold noodles, but cold boiled water must be used for the last pass. You can seal cold boiled water in the refrigerator beforehand. If you want to use ice cubes, please use ice cubes made with cold boiled water.
