Sesame Scones

The water and yeast are fully fused.

Stir the flour and water together.
3.
The dough is twice as large as it is fermented.
4.
Roll out into thin slices.
5.
Sprinkle with tahini and sugar and spread the dough.
6.
Fold the dough in half 3 times.
7.
Roll out long noodles.
8.
Use a knife to cut into even slices.
9.
Brush the surface with water and sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds.
10.
Fermentation is 2 times larger.
11.
Oven at 172°C for 15 minutes.
