Sesame Spinach

Prepare all materials. Wash spinach and cut into sections.

Add water to a boil in the pot, add the spinach and blanch until cooked.

Pick up the blanched spinach, rinse with cold water, and drain the water.

Add light soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, oil and chili to the bowl and stir to make a sauce.

Pour the sauce into the spinach, stir well and add white sesame seeds.

Cut the red pepper into small circles and place them on the spinach. Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil and pour it on the red pepper.
Tips:
1. Blanching cooked spinach is essential. This is a little trick to dissolve oxalic acid. If you are still worried that you can't get rid of it, you can eat some seaweed to strengthen it.
2. If you don't like to eat too spicy, just choose one of oily chili and red chili.
