After the carrots are steamed, add an appropriate amount of water to squeeze them into juice, filter and take 120 grams.

Weigh the other ingredients, put the flour in a basin, add sugar, yeast, salt, and vegetable oil and stir for a few times, then add carrot juice one by one and stir with chopsticks to form a floc.

Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands. This process involves beating while kneading, and finally knead it into a smooth dough and leave it to ferment in a warm place.

The fermented dough is fermented to 2.5 times its size. Dip dry flour with your fingers and poke it without shrinking.

Take out the dough and knead it repeatedly to remove bubbles, then divide it into 4 equal parts and let it stand for about 8-10 minutes.

Roll the dough into a beef tongue about 20 cm long.

Move the cake base to oil paper for secondary fermentation for about 25 minutes. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees in advance. Note that it is put into the oven together with the baking tray to preheat.

The fermented biscuits are obviously bigger and fatter.

Put the cake base together with the oil paper into the preheated oven quickly. The oven temperature is too high and be careful not to burn it. This is the state at 1 minute.

I bake a total of 4 minutes, pay attention to the state of the back, don’t get confused. After baking, take it out to let cool, and bake the other two.

After letting cool, cut the two halves in the middle to turn into two pockets of bread. Just insert your favorite vegetables or meat. I put lettuce, salad dressing, fried eggs and fried sausages.

Make it the night before. In the morning, you just need to fry eggs, fried sausages, add some salad dressing with lettuce, and mix it with any milk, soy milk, milkshake, and some fruits. It is a nutritious and healthy breakfast.

Tips:
1. If the carrot has a juice machine, it can be directly squeezed into juice. I don't have a juice machine, so I steamed it and squeezed it. It is better to squeeze it.
2. If you use high-gluten flour to knead out the glove film in a cook machine or bread machine, it will be more tough, and medium-gluten flour will be softer.
3. The temperature of the oven is adjusted according to your own oven, but the temperature should be high, and the bakeware should be preheated together, so that it can expand quickly when heated.
4. You can add vegetables to your liking. I haven't eaten two more. I'm going to add lettuce and fried chicken fillet.
