In the first step, put flour, salt, milk, 10 grams of protein liquid, 10 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of dry yeast into a cook machine and mix them into a dough; wrap them in plastic wrap and store them in the refrigerator overnight to let them ferment slowly.

On the second day, take out the dough that has been refrigerated overnight, break it into small pieces, mix with 15 grams of protein liquid, 20 grams of sugar, 15 grams of milk powder, and 1 gram of dry yeast and continue to stir with a cook machine for 10 minutes, add 20 grams of coconut oil and continue to stir until Extend the film completely, divide it into three parts and relax for 30 minutes.

Make a small tool: a cardboard tube of plastic wrap used at home, a piece of tin foil, and a baking fork that comes with the oven. Wrap the paper tube with the shiny side of the tin foil, insert the baking fork into the paper tube, and fix the two ends.

Brush the oil on the finished tin foil tube.

Take a piece of dough and knead it into a 1 cm diameter strip, and wrap it on a greased paper tube.
