1. Ingredients: 120 grams of whole wheat flour, 2.5 bananas, 15 grams of sugar, 40 grams of olive oil, 1 egg, 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 15 grams of raisins, 15 grams of chopped walnuts

2. Peel and mash 1.5 bananas.

3. Cut another banana into sections, put it in a bowl with sugar, olive oil, eggs, and salt, and beat with a whisk at medium speed for one minute to form a puree.

Tips:

I don’t like it too sweet. I reduced the sugar. I like it sweeter. You can add up to 40 grams of sugar.
The baking time and firepower need to be adjusted according to the actual situation.
