Shaanxi Snacks-fried Oil Cake

1. Bring 750g of water to a boil.

2. Add 500g of plain noodles and mix well.

3. Cover the pot for 5 minutes.

4. Add appropriate amount of raw flour and vegetable oil to the hot dough.
