Cut the onion into small pieces and dice the lotus root.

The beef is blanched with green onion and ginger and washed.

Pour oil in the wok, fry the onion and star anise fragrant.

Pour the prepared bowl and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the beef into the pressure cooker, add the fried sauce, and mix well.

Put on the lotus root block. Start the meat program.

Tips:
1. Remove blood from beef blanching.
2. After the sauce is fried, it can be mixed directly in the meat, and the meat does not need to be stir-fried, which is easier.
3. The lotus root pieces can be replaced with other lumpy vegetables, which is also very good.
