Shacha sauce is a mixed condiment that is popular in Fujian and Guangdong provinces. Shacha Chicken

1. Prepare the shacha sauce and wash the chickens and drain them.

2. Cut the chicken into large pieces, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes.

3. Heat oil in the pan, add sliced ginger and minced garlic until fragrant, put down the chicken and stir fry.

4. When the chicken nuggets turn color, add cooking wine and simmer on medium heat.

5. Add an appropriate amount of water and put 60 grams of shacha sauce.

6. Put some sugar, fresh soy sauce, dark soy sauce, boil on high fire, low fire for 20 minutes

8. Add some chicken essence and stir well.

Tips:

1. I use the finished chicken from the supermarket, just wash it when I go home.

2. The chicks are relatively tender, so the cooking time should not be long.
