Shacha Microwave Baked Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob.

Make the sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add half a spoon of shacha sauce.

Pour the prepared sauce into the cut potatoes and stir well.
5.
Add the right amount of pepper froth to the potatoes.

After stirring, put it in the microwave oven and heat for 10 minutes.
Tips:
My microwave oven is a very old model. If it has a barbecue function, you can use this function directly. You can bake it for 5 minutes first, and then observe whether it is cooked.
Shacha sauce has a salty taste, so you don’t need to add salt.
