Shacha Roasted Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings, add light soy sauce, sand tea seasoning, cornstarch, and mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap, usually I marinate it until the next day, or 2 hours.

Put tin foil on the baking tray and arrange the chicken wings. Preheat the oven, 200 degrees, middle level, upper and lower fire, bake for 5 minutes.

Take it out after five minutes and apply a coat of oil. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Take it out after 10 minutes, and cut the chicken wings with a knife in two cuts, which is more delicious. Brush with a layer of shacha sauce. Bake for another 15 minutes.

Turn the other side and brush some oil. Bake for another 5 minutes.
