Shacha Roasted Chicken Wings

1. Wash the chicken wings, add light soy sauce, sand tea seasoning, cornstarch, and mix well.

2. Cover with plastic wrap, usually I marinate it until the next day, or 2 hours.

3. Put tin foil on the baking tray and arrange the chicken wings. Preheat the oven, 200 degrees, middle level, upper and lower fire, bake for 5 minutes.

4. Take it out after five minutes and apply a coat of oil. Bake for another 10 minutes.
