Looking through my previous recipes, I found that there are quite a few tofu dishes, which shows how much I am a "pea-loving" family who like to eat tofu. Every time I go to the supermarket to buy groceries, I naturally walk to the soy products counter, looking at various soy products, I want to buy some home, and try them in different cooking methods. I can't finish it in a month, but I can't get tired of it. Tofu is rich in nutrients, contains iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and other trace elements necessary for the human body. It also contains sugar, vegetable oil and rich high-quality protein. Its digestion and absorption rate is more than 95%. Tofu is also the main raw material of vegetarian dishes in my country. Shacha Sauce Fragrant Tofu

1. Main ingredients: tough tofu, onion, spring onion

2. Soak the tough tofu, pick up the slices

3. Wash and cut onions. Scallions, cut into sections

4. Take out 1 tablespoon of shacha sauce

5. Heat the pan, pour the oil, add the onion and stir fry

6. Pour the shacha sauce and continue to stir fry

7. Pour in the tofu and stir-fry the ingredients evenly

8. Put a little water in a bowl, add soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, cornstarch, and oyster sauce and stir evenly to make a sauce

9. Pour into the pot, gently push away the ingredients with a spatula, and mix well

10. Add green onions, turn off the heat and shovel

Tips:

The tofu itself has no taste. Adding onions and shacha sauce, two rich-smelling ingredients, tastes extraordinary. This tofu is very tough and can be sliced. If it is lactone tofu or general soft tofu, it is recommended to chop and fry it.
