Shacha Sauce Fragrant Tofu

Main ingredients: tough tofu, onion, green onion.

Soak the tough tofu, scoop up the slices.

Wash and cut onions. Cut green onions into sections.

Take out 1 tablespoon of shacha sauce.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and stir-fry the onions.

Pour the shacha sauce and continue to stir-fry.

Pour in the tofu and stir-fry the ingredients evenly.

Put a little water in a bowl, add soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, cornstarch, and oyster sauce and mix well to make a sauce.

Pour into the pot, gently push away the ingredients with a spatula, and mix well.

Add green onions, turn off the heat and shovel.
Tips:
The tofu itself has no taste. Adding onions and shacha sauce, two rich-smelling ingredients, tastes extraordinary. This tofu is very tough and can be sliced. If it is lactone tofu or general soft tofu, it is recommended to chop and fry it.
