Simmering is a cooking method in which ingredients are added to seasonings and soups and heated on a low fire for a long time until they are cooked. The main ingredients are more mellow in taste

Shacha Shrimp Simmered Tofu

1. Wash the North Tofu, cut into pieces, remove the shells and open the back to remove the shrimp threads.

2. Shell the shrimp body and open the back to remove the shrimp thread.

3. Heat oil in a pot and cut garlic cloves until fragrant.

4. Take 3 spoons of shacha sauce.

5. Add to the pot and stir fry over medium heat.

6. Add 250ml of water, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and a little salt.

7. Pour in the northern tofu cubes, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

8. Add the red shrimp, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

9. Finished product.

Tips:

It is recommended to use a casserole for stewing to lock in the water and make it more delicious
