Shacha Spare Ribs

Prepare the ingredients, cut the ribs into small pieces

Boil the ribs in clean water for three minutes, remove and drain the water for later use

Heat a pan on a small fire, pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil, add rock sugar and fry the sugar color
