Tips:
1. Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce are relatively salty, just add a little salt to feel just right, so as not to be too salty.
2. While the chicken is stewed, you can use an electric baking pan to fry the steamed buns, which is not easy to fry.
