[shanxi] Pork Belly with Original Sauce

Pork belly in a pot under cold water, put pepper, star anise, and ginger in the pot and cook until the water boils out.

Don't put oil in the pot, put the pork belly directly, and stir until the pork belly comes out of oil.

Wait for the fat to ooze out of the pork belly, add green onions, ginger, garlic, and bay leaves, and fry the dry ingredients until fragrant.

Pour the pork belly into the inner pot of the rice cooker, add vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt, mix well.

Add water and put the inner pot into the rice cooker.

Select the cooking program, simmer until the pork belly is soft and rotten, and the soup is dried.
Tips:
If the soup always appears to be more in the end, it should be cooked with the lid open so that it can be easily dried.
