There are three things that are not authentic:
(1) First of all, the [noodles] are not authentic, they are not made by themselves, but high-gluten noodles bought.
(2) It is [Spicy] which is not authentic, instead of chili noodles, but chili oil and chili sauce.
(3) There is also the fact that [meat] is not authentic. It uses pure lean meat because it does not eat fatty meat.

Shanzhai Version-qishan Smashed Noodles

1. [Shinzi] Ingredients: lean pork, tofu, carrots, day lily, fungus, chopped green garlic (only used at the end)

2. [Changzi] preparation: Put the chopped green onion, chopped garlic, and five-spice powder in a hot pot of warm oil and sauté until fragrant.

3. Add the ingredients and stir-fry half-cooked pork.

4. Add the ingredients carrot diced and stir well

5. Then add an appropriate amount of chili oil

6. Add some chili sauce and stir well

7. Then pour in the ingredients, yellow flowers, fungus, and tofu (hey, the picture is fried before taking pictures)

8. Then add a small amount of water, add some light soy sauce and a lot of vinegar, and simmer for 2 minutes.

9. Add an appropriate amount of chicken powder and turn off the heat and bring out the pot.

10. [Soup] Ingredients: omelet slices, chopped green onion, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped coriander.

11. [Soup] preparation: In an empty pot, put five-spice powder, pepper, chicken powder, ginger, light soy sauce, olive oil, and salt into boiling water.
