Shaomai Xiaohuaxian

The cucumber is smashed into juice, the pumpkin is peeled and cut into pieces and steamed, respectively, and mixed with the noodles. Cover with a fresh-keeping bag.

Soak the glutinous rice in warm water for two minutes, and then steam it. Taro, shiitake mushrooms (soaked hair), minced meat, diced, white onion and finely chopped.

Add oil to the pan, stir-fry the meat with a shovel aside, add garlic white and shiitake mushrooms for a fragrant flavor, add taro and stir fry together. Add soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, ginger juice, and sugar and continue to stir fry. When the taro is cooked, pour in the steamed glutinous rice and stir well, turn off the heat and serve.

Take a small dose of cucumber noodles and knead it round, take a small ball of pumpkin noodles and roll into a strip, round the round cucumber noodles. Flatten, roll out.

Wake up for ten minutes, steam in the pot for ten minutes and turn off the heat. After two minutes, quickly boil the pot to serve.
Tips:
1. The filling inside can be adjusted according to the taste of each person. Personally, I tend to have a lighter taste, and I don’t basically put any chili in it, but occasionally I can add a little pepper.
