Shepherd's Purse and Egg Pancakes

The shepherd's purse that has just been dug and pulled, choose a good one, and wash it.

Blanch it.

Remove the shepherd's purse root, chop it, and put it in a large bowl with the flour.

Add water, add salt, and stir.

Put in shallots and an egg.

Stir it into a paste.

Put the oil on the electric baking pan, and shake the pan to make it even.

Put the batter on the electric baking pan and use a bamboo spatula to spread evenly.

Turn it over and take it out of the pot after 2 minutes.

Put it on a cutting board and let cool.

2. If the shepherd's purse root is removed, the omelette will be more delicate.
