Shepherd's purse contains more protein, calcium, and vitamin C. The calcium content exceeds tofu, and the carotene content is similar to that of carrots. Shepherd's purse is the most delicious of wild vegetables because it is rich in 11 kinds of amino acids.
Mother washed the shepherd's purse, blanched it in water, and then pulled it out of cold. Then put it in a fresh-keeping bag and freeze it. When you eat, you can eat this delicious food all year round by defrosting the bags and preserving it in this way.
