Shepherd's Purse Fried Dumplings

1. Wash the shepherd's purse, blanch it with water, chop it, add oil, salt, light soy sauce, and add minced meat, mix well.

2. Make dumplings one by one.

3. Heat oil in the pot.

4. Add the dumplings and fry until the bottom is slightly yellow.

5. Add the right amount of water.
