Shepherd's Purse Minced Meat Wonton
1.
Finished product. For breakfast today, my little treasure had a big bowl.
2.
Wash the shepherd's purse, drain the water, cut into small pieces and dice for later use.
3.
Marinate the minced meat with light soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, eggs, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
4.
Pour the minced meat and mustard greens together, and use chopsticks in one direction to keep stirring until the minced meat and shepherd's purse are completely fused together.
5.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put it in the filling.
6.
Fold in half with your thumb.
7.
Then fold it in half and pinch it tightly.
8.
Bring the water to a boil and add the small wontons, cook for 5 minutes on high heat.
9.
Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, a little sesame oil, dried shrimp and seaweed.
10.
The finished product, ravioli in soup, is poured into a bowl for breakfast this morning.
