Shepherd's Purse Noodles

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the shepherd's purse and drain the water; cut the beef tendon balls in half; wash and slice the carrots; knock the quail eggs into a bowl and set aside.

Boil the water in the pot and add the dried noodles.
4.
Pour the beef tendon balls and bring to a boil.
5.
Pour in the quail eggs and boil.
6.
Add carrots, salt and pepper; add shepherd's purse, boil and put in a bowl, drizzle with sesame oil.
