Shepherd's Purse Wonton
1.
Wash the shepherd's purse and cut it into fine pieces;

Add appropriate amount of salt, ginger powder, cooking wine and other seasonings to the meat filling and stir in one direction;

Put the minced shepherd's purse into the meat,

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix well, then add a little salt and mix well;

Take a piece of wonton wrapper, and put the shepherd's purse filling into the bottom of the wonton wrapper;

Tips:
