Shibao Nutrition Porridge

Wash the barley and soak for 3 hours in advance.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for 3 hours in advance.

Wash the jujube and set aside.

Rinse the rice, soak for 30 minutes.

Tips:
Various beans are not easy to boil and should be soaked for 3 hours in advance. The porridge can be seasoned with rock sugar or honey according to personal preference.
