Shiitake Broccoli

Break the broccoli into small flowers, wash and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Blanch the broccoli in a saucepan and remove it to drain.

Boil the shiitake mushrooms in the boiling pot and remove the water to drain.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into pieces.
5.
Start the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan, then stir the broccoli into the pan.
6.
Stir-fry the mushrooms in the pot.
7.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
8.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, and then enjoy.
Tips:
This dish is light, so it is not advisable to add condiments with heavy color and taste.
