Shiitake Ham Siu Mai

Steam the glutinous rice in a steamer for about 20 minutes.

Wash the carrots, ham, and shiitake mushrooms and chop them into fine pieces.

Pour Yuhuang oil into the pot and heat up the U-flavored peanut oil, add the sliced ham and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Then add green peas, mushrooms and carrots and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Put it like steamed glutinous rice and stir-fry.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and sugar to stir to mix thoroughly.

The fried glutinous rice is served and ready for use.

Wash the steamer and put on the steamer paper.

Roll out the dumpling wrappers with a rolling pin.

Start making siu-mai: The most important thing is to moisten the edges of the dumpling wrappers with water and wrap the fried glutinous rice.

Pinch the folds around the dumpling skin, as shown in the picture.

Tuck the dumpling wrapper a little with the spout of your hand, don't pinch it completely. as the picture shows.

Turn the edge of the dumpling wrapper out a little and tidy it up.
14.
Put the wrapped siu mai in the steamer, and steam it for 10 minutes, and it will be stuffed for 3 minutes.
