Shiitake Mushroom and Green Vegetables

Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms, soak them in clean water, and wash them; also choose to wash the small vegetables

Wash the old ginger, chop into ginger and set aside

Pour clean water into the pot and bring to a boil, add an appropriate amount of salt, and blanch the mushrooms for a few minutes

Tips:
1. The small green vegetables can be soaked in salt water or washed with rice water to wash them more cleanly;
2. If you like rice in soup, you can add more water and seasoning when making the sauce; change the water to the broth to taste better;
