Shiitake Mushroom Rape

Preparation of main raw materials.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms, slice them, and shred the garlic and ginger.

Soak the small rapeseed in light salt water for 10 minutes, break the leaves one by one, wash and drain.

Pour edible oil into the wok, stir fry with garlic and ginger.

Add the shiitake mushroom slices and fry for about 3 minutes until the shiitake mushrooms become soft.

Put the small rapeseed and stir fry quickly with the help of chopsticks.

After the small rapeseed is cut off, add salt to taste.

Turn off the heat, stir-fry for a few times with the remaining temperature, and just take it out of the pot.
Tips:
1: The oily sludge and cabbage worms are easy to accumulate in the spoon petals of small rapeseed, so try to separate and wash them one by one.
2: When washing shiitake mushrooms, focus on the inside of the wrinkles. In addition, don’t waste the roots of shiitake mushrooms, just fry them together.
