My family likes to eat fried sauce the most. I like mixing noodles, dipping cucumbers and vegetables, and making steamed buns, especially if he wants to get a spoonful of rice, I make it every now and then. Today I used shiitake mushrooms and pork to make it tastes good. Buying a shiitake mushroom sauce is not as expensive as the meat. I cut it, I make it myself, and put more meat.

Shiitake Mushroom Sauce

1. Soak shiitake mushrooms in clean water overnight

2. On the second day, pull off the shiitake mushroom stalk and cut into large pieces

3. Use the big hole part of the meat grinder to wring it

4. Dice pork, finely chop green onion and ginger

5. Stir-fried pork diced in hot oil changes color

6. Saute the minced ginger

7. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry

8. Then add the soybean paste and stir fry for a few minutes

9. Pour some of the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms

10. After boiling, turn off the heat and simmer slowly

11. Boil until the water is dispersed and lose two-thirds, add the chopped green onions, stir well and turn off the heat (I have boiled for 25 minutes)

12. Serve in a bowl

13. Today I have noodles. I chopped the shredded cucumber and blanched toon and topped it with the mushroom sauce.

Tips:

Be sure to stir it from time to time when it is consuming water, or you will love the bottom of the paste and also love the collapse.
