Shiitake Mushroom Sauce

1. Wash the shiitake mushrooms and remove the roots.

2. Boil water in a pot and add shiitake mushrooms to blanch water. (Just burn it)

3. Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and prepare the peppercorns for later use.

4. Squeeze the water off the shiitake mushrooms and chop them for later use.

5. Mince the onion and set aside.

6. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot (more than usual for stir-frying), heat up, add the onion, ginger, and pepper to fry it until fragrant.

7. Remove the fried green onion, ginger, and peppercorns and discard.

8. Put the onion in a frying pan and stir fry until it is fragrant.

9. Pour the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

10. After the shiitake mushrooms are evenly coated with oil, add two spoons of light soy sauce and stir-fry.

11. Add a spoonful of tempeh chili. (According to your own taste, you can add more or not)

12. Season with salt and chicken essence as appropriate.

Tips:

You can stir-fry the mushroom sauce for a while, the more oil the mushrooms, the more fragrant
