Prepare the shiitake mushrooms

Prepare green onion and oyster sauce

Tips:
1. Many people don't like the taste of mushrooms. You can cook a small amount of cooking wine to remove it. It is best to put the mushrooms into the pot and fry the mushrooms before adding the flavor.
2. Oyster sauce has a salty taste, so the amount of salt used should be reduced by half compared to usual. This dish tastes very delicious. I did not add chicken essence or anything. You can adjust it according to your own preferences.
