Shiitake Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce

1. Prepare the shiitake mushrooms

2. Prepare green onion and oyster sauce

3. Remove the roots and wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into thicker slices

4. Pour the oil in the hot pan, the oil temperature is 7 minutes hot

2. Oyster sauce has a salty taste, so the amount of salt used should be reduced by half compared to usual. This dish tastes very delicious. I did not add chicken essence or anything. You can adjust it according to your own preferences.
