The steamed potatoes used in this short rib is pork short ribs. Pork short ribs have small bones and tender meat, so they are easier to cook and the meat tastes good. There is potato control at home. Put the potatoes under the ribs and steam them together with the marinated ribs. The steamed potatoes are soft and fully absorb the fresh aroma of the ribs. They are very delicious, especially the potato control. The dishes with meat and vegetables are very balanced in nutrition.

Short Ribs Steamed Potatoes

1. Wash the small row and soak in cold water for 2 hours.

2. Cut into small pieces and add ginger slices.

3. Stir the cooking wine evenly.

4. Add oyster sauce and stir well.

5. Add fermented bean curd juice and stir well.

6. Add soy sauce and stir well.

7. Add sugar and salt, stir and marinate for 10 hours.

8. Peel and wash potatoes, cut into slices and place on the bottom of the plate.

9. The marinated small rows are placed on the potatoes.

10. Steam the plate into the steamer.
Steam for about 50 minutes.

1. Change the water timely when soaking the ribs.
2. The condiments for marinated ribs are added according to personal taste.
3. The time for steaming ribs depends on the size and number of ribs.
