Shortbread

Fry the peanuts and walnuts until fragrant, peel and chop them. Saute black and white sesame seeds.

Add the fried nuts and sesame seeds with the fried salt and five-spice powder. If you want to eat sweet, you can replace the salt and five-spice powder with sugar.

Just use 120g of flour and water to form a dough. You can also add a little sugar when making the noodles.

Use the remaining 50g of flour and add 20ml of vegetable oil to make a shortbread
