Shortbread Sauce Biscuits

Knead the noodles in warm water, cover and leave for 20 minutes

Put oil in the pot, add the sliced ginger and fry it thoroughly. If you don’t like ginger, pick out the sliced ginger, put in soybean paste or yellow sauce, oyster sauce and some light soy sauce, throw away the sugar, simmer on low heat, and set aside for later use.

Tips:
1. You don’t need to put salt on the pastry, because the sauce will be salty afterwards.
2. The sauce is best to fry first, it will be more fragrant
