Shredded Carrots

Cut carrots into shreds

Put it in a bowl and sprinkle some salt

Squeeze out the water after salting for two hours

Raise the frying pan and add garlic paste

Add some white sesame seeds

Finally, add the chili sauce and stir in the oil

Pour the popped seasoning on top. To make it look better, I picked a few mint leaves and put them on top and added some sesame oil;

Add vinegar

Just mix it and you can eat it.
Tips:
Note: It is best to wash the pickled carrots with water so that it is not too salty. If you don’t wash it, don’t add light soy sauce.
